Since I haven't been active lately, I decided to post all my recent artworks below.
`The 4 pieces below are the last 4 projects i've done recently. I am currently working on a 5-piece cohesive collection based on the theme of mixed media and dance. So I am excited to post the pieces up when I am done with them.
This is my 5th IB Art project.
This piece evolves around Royalty, the beauty and fashion of Royalty.
It is a contrast with the modern and ancient/vintage elements of royalty.
For example, the red silk is an element of vintage Royalty Fashion, while the color choice of the dress is an element of the modern Royalty Fashion.
Had so much fun doing this project, and I love how the piece looks like, quite better than I thought.
These are some sketches I did inspired by Tumblr and Pinterest. I love to sketch especially when I have nothing to do or especially during a study break.
These are all of my previous artworks from the past 2 years.
A collection of various aspects and medias, varying from: oil paints, charcoal, color pencils, and pencil.
Purpose of the piece:
➔To show how the standards of beauty and the ideal beautiful woman changed through time and through cultures.
➔In this piece I wanted to make a statement piece, of a modern model and instead of doing a typical portrait, I decided to do a lyric portrait with songs that described modern beauty and how media portrays and defines modern beauty as it is. And I also included words and bold statements that described and showed the values and standards of ancient beauty in the different types of cultures, ranging from Ancient Egyptians all the way to the Victorian age.
This was my second art piece inspired by one of my favourite artists, Iris Scott, she is a finger-painting artist and her work just inspired me, so I decided to use her technique and I experimented with both acrylic and oil paints with finger painting.

Message trying to convey -
➔No matter how many pounds of makeup woman put on their face, it wouldn’t cover their flaws. I want girls to know that flaws are part of who you are, they are a part of you, and you shouldn’t be ashamed of them, hence, don't cover it with pounds and pounds of makeup.
➔As you can probably tell, my art piece does not look as good and as pretty as the original picture does, but that was intentional. I wanted to show the flaws of what looks like a beautiful girl.
➔As i was painting this image, I created a story for the so-called character/main figure in the painting. This girl, is pretty, wise, and smart. She does great at school and at life. Her biggest flaw is her skin. I created an image in my head, with hidden bruises and pimples covering her face, that peek through the tons of makeup she has on.
➔I also intentionally did not paint the eyelashes, because in my head, this girl put on the fake eyelashes daily to hide the hurt and broken girl she is inside.
➔This piece is a statement piece, in my opinion, and it says a story that should be shared.
This was my first ever IB Art project that I did. It was a bird's eye-view of a coffee cup with coffee inside it. It was a mixed media piece, in which I cooperated grinder coffee beans, foil paper, cardboard, different tones of sand, and colour pencils. I used a hot glue gun to apply the materials on the cardboard.
